Overview:


We’re looking for a results-driven Regional Market Manager to launch and grow our Nashville market. You’ll be V6D’s local ambassador—building trusted relationships, executing strategic growth initiatives, and ensuring operational success. You'll also roll up your sleeves as a Capture Technician, creating premium digital content that elevates real estate listings. Key Responsibilities:


Regional Market Manager Duties:

  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with real estate professionals and businesses in Nashville and surrounding areas.
  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities to expand market share and revenue.
  • Implement region-specific marketing strategies aligned with real estate trends.
  • Manage local operations and, as the business grows, recruit and lead a team of Capture Technicians to ensure quality and consistency.

Capture Technician Duties:

  • Capture immersive 3D tours, cinematic 4K video, and ANSI-compliant floor plans using advanced digital equipment.
  • Collect and process data for accurate floor plans and SEO-optimized listing content.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain camera equipment for optimal performance.
  • Coordinate client communication and scheduling to ensure smooth, timely service.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Sales, business development, or leadership experience is preferred. Familiarity with photography, videography, or 3D scanning (e.g., Matterport) is a plus.
  • Self-Starter: Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and owning a market.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using advanced camera equipment, drones, and software tools.
  • Leadership: Strong communication skills with the ability to inspire, manage, and grow a local team.
  • Detail-Oriented: Committed to delivering top-tier content and exceptional customer service.
  • Mobility: Must be able to travel locally with gear (up to 25 lbs).
  • License: Valid Tennessee driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of real estate marketing, Matterport, AutoCAD, or SEO is a plus.
