I am proud to say that I was born and raised here in beautiful Colorado, an amazing place to live and work! I have lived in the North area of Denver for over 50 years. I am very familiar with the neighborhoods in Thornton, Westminster, Northglenn, Brighton, etc., and I can provide you with insight into buying or selling homes in this area that many agents cannot.
Personally, I have bought and sold many properties over the years. Currently I own several investment properties. Therefore, I have vast experience as a buyer and a seller.

For example, I use CTMe contracts; this means contracts can be e-mailed and signed on-line!
As you know, the Real Estate market has changed drastically in the last few years; therefore, I believe agents must remain focused and informed at all times. The rules, regulations and policies are forever changing for both real estate law and lending.

Agents must continue to educate themselves daily about these changes. This takes time and dedication, but I believe it is my job to steer my clients through every transaction with as much ease as possible. I try to make the process of buying or selling a home a pleasant experience; even in these difficult times.

Personally as a native of Colorado, I feel there is no better place to call home. I have been married for over 20 yrs and have two beautiful daughters who keep us laughing and loving life! I enjoy traveling, water skiing, camping, and spending time with family and friends.
