Robert’s passion for customer service and his negotiating skills are just two of the reasons his customers are loyal to him and tell others about him. They also love his enthusiasm and persistence in locating just the right property for his customers and his expertise in making sure the transaction is completed with no glitches.
Many of Robert’s customers are investors. His personal real estate investment experience has given him the knowledge and experience to guide his customers to profitable real estate acquisitions of their own. He has helped customers purchase multi-family properties, individual rental properties, and homes that can be flipped at a profit.
Robert has been a resident of Northern Colorado since 2000. He and his wife Sarah love the Colorado climate and lifestyle. They enjoy the outdoors four-wheeling, cycling, snowboarding, swimming, boating, camping, hiking, and playing softball and volleyball. In 2014 they welcomed a son, Jackson, into their family.
Robert finds time to volunteer for service projects and ministry events at his local church. He has participated in many projects in Northern Colorado as well as mission trips to Mississippi and Mexico. He is also a supporter of The Group’s community fund, GroupGives.
