Nicole has always had a passion for helping others — and knowing the inconveniences of moving, having moved so much growing up, she knew she made the right decision when going into real estate. Nicole thrives on the gratification of being a homeowner herself and helping others achieve their real estate goals!
In 2012, after 14 years of working in customer service, Nicole decided to get her real estate license. Since embarking on that journey, she has found that success comes from knowing your market, strong negotiation skills, and hard work.
Whether selling, buying or investing in real estate, Nicole would be the ideal partner to assist in identifying your real estate goals and successfully seeing them through!
After spending most of her life out west, Nicole and her family made the move to Fort Collins to enjoy the seasons, the scenery, outdoor adventures and to be close to family.
When she is not working hard for her clients, Nicole enjoys reading, outdoor activities and exploring Colorado with her family.
Nicole graduated from California State University, Sacramento in 2008 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Communication.
She is currently a member of the National Association of Realtors, Colorado Association of Realtors, Fort Collins Association of Realtors and California Association of Realtors.
