Having previously worked in the business of advertising, Lindsey Baltimore knows what her priorities are. “I used to work on large consumer brand advertising campaigns,” she begins, “and used to spend millions and millions of dollars working on rolling out a new fast food hamburger.
And it felt like what I was doing didn’t matter.” “It caused me to evaluate my priorities, and I realized I wanted to go into real estate because I felt like I could make a difference in people’s lives in some profound way.”
Lindsey is part of an increasingly rare breed of Denverite – the native, a 4th generation Denverite, in fact. Her familiarity with the Denver area, understanding of the evolution of the city’s metro area, and her exquisite attention to detail – serving as an art producer for one of the largest advertising agency’s in town will ingrain that in you – sets Lindsey apart and positions her clients for success and comfort in their new homes.
“I’m someone who really values the comfort of having my own home,” says Lindsey. “I want my clients to have that feeling.”
Lindsey double majored in art history and studio art at CU Boulder and has continued that love of art in everything she does. When she’s not serving her clients, you can find Lindsey continuing to take art classes, handmaking gifts for friends and family (handmade Valentine’s Day cards, for example) or whipping up something special in the kitchen. Mexican food and Asian food are her self-styled specialties.
