Linda McCreery has been an broker associate with Estes Park Team Realty for almost a year, but she brings with her 20 years of real estate experience.
After operating Peak Realty, McCreery decided to get back into the business and join Estes Park Team Realty. It was the qualities that the office holds that convinced her it would be the right fit.
“Gerald [Mayo] I thought had the best office in town,” McCreery said. “He has the technology, the compassion for the community and the office. We are just a family there and I really like it.”
McCreery enjoys the welcoming atmosphere when she comes in to work at Estes Park Team Realty and the support everyone gives each other. This makes for a positive environment that can be shared with the customers.
McCreery said it is important for her to be able to give her customers the time they need, keep in contact with them and be able to show them around the community and working for Estes Park Team Realty affords her that opportunity.
Along with working together at Estes Park Team Realty to provide the best customer experience, McCreery uses her local knowledge as a long time resident to explain the intricacies of Estes Park. Whether it is information about fire danger, the wildlife that can walk through the backyard, or local history, McCreery enjoys helping and building a relationship.
“To know the area and how to treat the area and keep it vital and yet keep the traditions alive, I just love that part of it,” McCreery said.
Being in Estes Park and seeing the surrounding beauty is a boost for McCreery and one she hopes to share with those looking to make it their home.
“This is just the creation that is so wonderful around us. I think it raises your spirit everytime you go out and look at those mountains,” McCreery said.
For McCreery Estes Park remains special because it is also a community that cares.
Whether it is going downtown and meeting friendly people or experiencing the volunteer work the community is committed to, she is reminded that Estes Park is still a village willing to help each other. This same feeling carries over to Estes Park Team Realty.
