Katie got the ‘bug' from her Grandpa and gained a solid start at RE/MAX quickly rising to the top 10% of Northern Colorado Realtors. She's passionate about helping both Clients and Realtors enjoy the process and ensure the best possible outcomes. Her greatest joy has been serving the community with her colleages via the Katie Beamon Team.
Katie comes from a ranching and farming background and still works from the small town work ethics she started with. She has a BA in Communications, a BS in Business Administration, and a MS of Organizational leadership from Regis University where she played Basketball. After a successful 15 year career on the Corporate side of HR and Recruiting, she dove into Commercial Real Estate in Boulder, Colorado. She quickly learned that she could get to know people better and have more impact on the Residential side of things, and some may say she is a “tough negotiator, a power house of knowledge and skill, but will wrap you in a hug with her caring nature.” A Colorado Native, she enjoys helping others appreciate all things outdoors! When she isn't helping people buy and sell or mentoring Realtors, she is usually fly fishing & riding horses with her family and her dog Moose. She loves helping her her parents on the cattle Ranch too, as it keeps her grounded and connected to the earth and the seasons. Her home away from home is in a secret spot outside of Gunnison, Colorado or as she refers to it, “heaven on earth.”The Katie Helped Me Team is always there to listen, get answers for you, and keep the process moving smoothly so that everyone wins.
