Ivan Hernandez

Originally from Los Angeles California, Ivan made Colorado his home back in 2006. His passion to help others has always been an important value in his life.

For this reason, he developed an interest in real estate which allowed him the opportunity to continue helping people in a way that not only makes people’s dreams of home ownership come true but also helps them build a path toward financial wealth. Ivan’s background in the restaurant business allowed him to sharpen his communication skills, as well as to develop a love for catering and taking care of people’s most important needs. He was introduced to and given a chance in real estate all while working on his Business degree. Ivan finished his Associate of Arts in Business and following that pursued getting his real estate license.

He has been completely focused on making an impact on his community by helping others reach their real estate goals, dreams, and more!
