Real estate, sales and customer service are my professional passions. I received my sales and customer service training from the IBM Corporation where I had the privilege of being Salesperson of the Year. I was also VP of Sales at Reader’s Digest where I built a highly successful and profitable sales division. I also have a strong background in home construction and design. These skills and knowledge have been invaluable to my clients in helping them make the best decisions in buying and selling their homes, and supporting them after their purchase or sale.

My goal in working with clients is to fully understand their needs and goals, and help them achieve them. I develop friendships with my clients based on my desire to serve them fully. I expect to keep these friendships for life.

My background is varied with many experiences.

  • One of my greatest experiences was raising two lovely daughters. They are grown and are two of my dearest friends.
  • I rode cross-country by bicycle, from New York City to San Francisco, with good friends. The trip took two months, and we camped under the stars and ate over a campfire almost every night!
  • I learned Transcendental Meditation (TM) after being inspired by the Beatles, Clint Eastwood and other people I admired. I have been practicing TM regularly for five decades.
  • My values revolve around the belief that how we think and act affects our environment. How we treat others, ultimately returns to us. My desire is to be positive, supportive, honest, kind and always helpful.
  • My travels include many states in the USA, Canada, Mexico, Central America, France, Switzerland and India. I’ve greatly enjoyed meeting the people from these countries and always enjoy coming back to the USA. The USA is home, and the best place on earth to live!

As a real estate agent, I strive for every client to be a client for life. This is only possible if a client is completely happy with my service and enjoys working with me.

My approach to business is the customer comes first. I am client centered and work diligently to support every client. This approach is founded on my desire to serve and belief that what you do for others, returns to you.

At IBM, this approach enabled me to develop exceptionally strong relationships with clients who trusted and wanted to work with me. As a result, I exceeded sales quotas every year and received the recognition of Salesperson of the Year. At Reader’s Digest, I built a very successful sales division by giving my regional managers and their representatives complete support. I was available to them whenever they needed me – evenings, Saturdays and Sundays.

I carry this same work ethic into my real estate business. My success is based on my client’s success. I am available whenever they need me. I also ensure that I am constantly learning and knowledgeable about the markets, locations, properties and laws so that I can provide them with outstanding guidance to accomplish their buying or selling goals.
