David and Lisa are one of Northern Colorado’s premier real estate teams. The Powells are two

David is a Colorado native who has dedicated his 27+ year career in real estate to helping
others achieve their goals, from first time home buyers to custom luxury home builds to
seasoned investors. Over the years David has worked with hundreds of families and knows how
to find the perfect home that works for his clients’ lifestyle. The service David has provided year
after year has translated into consistent recognition by the local Board Association and serving
on numerous boards and committees which puts him in the upper echelon of real estate
professionals. David understands what it takes to be a success and is passionate about working
with and coaching driven professionals to help them reach their true potential and exceed their
real estate goals.
Lisa found her niche in developing and maintaining client relationships and implementing
strategic marketing initiatives after 20 years in marketing and sales. After marrying David in
2018 and always having a keen eye for homes and a spirit of entrepreneurship, Lisa found
herself joining David in real estate. Spending most of her life in Colorado, attending Colorado
State University after high school and then living in Northern Colorado for the last 20 years, she
brings an excitement and passion to her business because she loves where she lives and the
community where she and David are raising their blended family. Her experience sets her apart
with her attention to the current technology and marketing tools that give sellers and buyers an
advantage in the marketplace.
David has a keen attention to detail and deep expertise with contracts. Lisa has charisma and a
strong work ethic. Together they have deep community roots and can provide valuable insight
into the history and nuances of each community, school district, shopping area, and points of
interest, especially helpful to those moving from out of town. Together they complement one
another and have a proven track record of helping clients find the perfect home.
They have five children, two grandchildren, love travelling, watching sports and attending their
kids’ activities. David is an avid sports fan, loves golf and the Oklahoma Sooners.
